This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I have had to purchase 10+ vehicles over the past 2 years for the business. There is always fluff, hidden costs or flaws, extra hoops to jump through, etc. The last vehicle I purchased from another Chevy dealer took 20 days! From my first call to inquire about purchasing a vehicle to being able to pick it up was only 24 hours! Richard was amazing, he stayed available, filled us with any info we needed, and made the process actually enjoyable. It's small too but we had the memorandum title in hand within DAYS. I can't speak more highly of the buying process and the help we received from Bush Auto Place.

Tires rotated incorrectly and didn’t change the sensors to match the tires. And I’m not sure why, but it’s not very welcoming. For Clinton County, it’s a surprise everytime I come in.

I had a problem with the dashboard in my 2025 Silverado. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the part responsible. Very nice.

Good job, friendly, answered questions well, knowledgeable of vehicle and all the pertinent parts, like powetrain, all electronic features, warranties, etc. Both sales and finance did very well were patient with all of my questions and I had a lot.

Took truck in for oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement. Very satisfied they were able to get me an early morning appointment and got the needed maintenance done in a timely manner.

Fast service and good communication. Need to fix the door by the customer waiting room that slams shut every time someone goes through.
